Event Time and Date
We offer a variety of waterproof workouts to meed individual needs and goals. This program allows you to swim your way into shape on your own time. See an SRC Aquatics Staff member to get a waterproof workout for your next swim!
Participants will receive stroke improvement drills and instruction on the four swimming strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breakstroke, and butterfly. Our goals are comfort with each stroke as well as improved endurance. Participants may attend as many or
few classes as they prefer.
